SLIM & TONE Slim & Tone is BODYTECH's own weight loss plan. It doesn't concentrate on diets, it doesn't set
goals, there are no points. It aims to bring about a permanent change in your lifestyle to enable you to loose weight and keep it off.
Each session includes a 10-15 minute presentation covering a key aspect of a healthy lifestyle, this is then followed by a 10 minute weigh in (for your information only), then a 30
minute exercise class. The exercise class varies from week to week, but at the end of the course you will have covered every type of exercise that we offer at BODYTECH.
