If you work with computers you may have heard the expression "Garbage In, Garbage Out" well your body is just the same. Exercise can only go so far to enable you to reach your goals and keep you healthy, the rest comes from what you put in (or not put in) to your body.

Nutrition is they key for most people to really reach their fitness goals. It's not just body builders that need nutritional guidance the following groups can benefit as well

Weight loss
People who need to loose some weight often find that simple changes in their diet can lead to pretty rapid results - and it's not always to reduce the amount of food we take in, sometimes you may be advised to increase your intake!

Body Builders
For this group nutrition is of equal importance to training, for muscles to effectivley grow they need the right type of food at the right time.

General Fitness
Changes in diet can help to reduce hunger pangs, may ease stress, and also enable you to feel more energised

Nutritional consultations are included as part of your membership. When we design a programme for you we cover nutrition, but if you need more information then we will happily do a full nutritional consultation for no fee.
