The main news for this issue is the launch of BODYTECH’s new studio timetable. This timetable is
our biggest yet featuring SIXTEEN new classes, and introducing THREE new instructors. The main highlights of the new timetable are Kick Aerobics east meets west in an
explosive mix of martial art action, with some excellent tunes and choreography, and the new selection of daytime classes including Yoga with Christine Becker.
