The gym can be a daunting place; routines can become boring and unproductive. Using a trainer will enable you to optimise the productive time you spend in the gym,
providing you with the motivation and results you want.
What will the session consist of?
Of course, there will be cardiovascular strengthening work as well as muscular endurance work incorporated, according to your individual goals and needs.
Every six to eight weeks, your consultant will review with you your current fitness levels and respective health goals by means of a re-assessment. To ensure your
continued progress, your activity programme will then be adjusted to suit your new fitness and health goals.
If you’d like to train with one other person or a friend, group personal training isn’t a problem. And, so that you don’t forget about the rest of the week, your trainer can also provide you with a
detailed individualised programmes to use when you are training on your own.
