BODYTECH are proud to launch their most comprehensive Class Timetable ever for Spring 2006. With 37 different classes we believe we have something for everyone . It has been proven that exercising as part of a group of is a more effective and easier way of keeping trim and healthy. BODYTECH offer the option of ‘PAY AS YOU GO' for as little as £4.00 per class, in addition to our usual membership schemes. We offer the following classes:-
Aerobics and Step
Lose weight, tone up, improve your aerobic fitness and have lots of fun with Julia Wood, Sue Dixon and Ceri Vaughan-Jones, three of the best Aerobics Instructors in the West Midlands . These classes are great for the young and old however a certain degree of initial fitness is required.
Pilates
The original core strength training program, this class will improve your flexibility, mobility, give you a healthy back and leaner flatter abs. Theses classes are taught by Peter Metcalf, One of the most experienced exercise trainers in the area. He studied at the London Institute of Pilates and has taught all over the world.
Legs, Bums and Tums
A class designed to work the popular body parts. Suitable for all levels and ages.
Ball
This class utilises the swiss ball to develop the key muscle groups associated with core stability, balance and posture, suitable for all levels and ages.
Body
An all over body workout using weights, barbells, dumbbells and free exercise to sculpt a better body. Again suitable for all levels and ages.
Running Club
Meets every Thursday at 6.opm with coaching by qualified running coach, Robbie Craig., Beginners Welcome.
Ballroom Dancing
Lauren Watkins teaches both Ballroom and Latin American Dancing on Wednesdays and Sundays. All levels welcome.
Fusion Dance at Bodytech
Emma Rogers teaches a wide range of dance classes including Street Jazz, Ballet, Hip-Hop and Tap.
Belly Dancing
Improve fitness and core strength through tribal belly dancing with influences from Spain , India and the Middle Eastern Countries this class is both fun, sensual and invigorating.
Flowing Yoga
A dynamic flowing Yoga class using breath and movement to leave you feeling energised and relaxed. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
Yoga for Lunch
Go on retreat in the middle of your day. A class designed especially to fit into your busy work schedule.
Circuits
A mixture of aerobic and strength training, Ideal for those requiring a high level workout.
Kickboxing
Adam Moran has run a kickboxing class at BODYTECH for the last 5 years. Beginner and advanced levels are both taught.
Karate
Wado-Ryu Karate is taught by Frank Johnson who is one of the few instructors actually trained in Japan . The club runs classes for all levels.
